2002活動情況
EDUCATION:
- Last year with the support of the Labor Department
of Macau we had organized an electricity course for the inmates
of the center. This course will carry through to the year of 2003
with the participation of our inmates plus the inmates of other
rehabilitation centers from Macau.
- During September of 2002, we had organized one first aid course
with the support of the Macau Red Cross. To gain cooperation, we
had invited workers from the D.P.T.T. and from other rehabilitation
centers from Macau.
- Two times in 2002, we had organized seminars on epidemic diseases
such as HIV and Hepatitis. These were done through the support from
the Health Department of Macau.
- There were seminars given by the DSSOPT on work safety.
- The workers of ARTM also attended several important courses to
improve their knowledge about drug abuse and drug rehabilitation.
These courses were organized by the IAS/DPTT.
PREVENTION:
- Distribution of prevention leaflets were past out
in “risk” areas of Macau.
- Preventive leaflets were distributed in several youth centers.
- We had organized weekly Out-Reach programs in areas most numerous
of drug abusers.
- We made counseling and admission to patient drug abusers from
the Hospital Conde São Januário.
- We had participated in the TDM radio program (Tardes do Delta)
about the general situation of the consumption of drugs in Macau.
- We had participated in an interview from the Va Kio newspaper.
- We had participated in the AIDS World Day.
- We had participated in the Day Against Drugs.

- Receive a visit from the Chief of the D.P.T.T., Dra.Vong Yim Mui
- Receive a visit from the Canadian College.
- Receive a visit from the Centro Paroquial Santo António.
- Receive a visit from the Centro Residencial Arco Iris
- Receive a visit from the Richmond Fellowship Association.
- Receive a visit from the Mong-Ha Youth Community Center.
- Annual gathering between ARTM, DPTT and families of the youngsters
under rehabilitation in the Hac-Sa Reservoir park.
- Annual gathering between ARTM and DPTT in Hac-Sa beach.
- Weekly soccer competitions/games with the Tactic and Intervention
Police.
- Soccer game and gathering with the Associação de
Renovação de Apoio Mutuo.
- Soccer game and gathering with the New Life Association.
- Soccer game and gathering with the D.P.T.T.
- Participation in Ping-Pong competitions, organized by the D.P.T.T.
- Participation in the event “Sports against drugs”,
organized by the D.P.T.T.
