ARTM, in celebration for the World Day Against Drugs
and Illegal Traffic, had organized one soccer championship “Say
No to Drugs” on the 4th and 7th of June 2003.
This activity had the participation from ARTM, Department
of Prevention and Treatment of Drug Abuse, Macao Judiciary Police,
Christian New Life Fellowship in Macao, Macao Renovation and Mutual
Assistance Association, Sheng Kung Hui of Macao, and the Rainbow
Residential Center.
We were delighted to have the inauguration and closing
ceremony presented by Mr. Wong Sio Chak (Director of the Macao Judiciary
Police), Mr. Ip Peng Kin (President of the Social Welfare Department),
Ms. Vong Yim Mui (Chief of the Department of Prevention and Treatment
of Drug Abuse), and Mr. Hon Wai (Chief of the Division of Treatment
and Social Rehabilitation). We sincerely thank them all for their
participation.
The event was a success with an enormous participation.
It ran in a very harmonious environment where everybody showed their
determination to “Say No To Drugs”.
