All admissions to ARTM are solely voluntary. We help all males with chemical dependency regardless of age or ethnic or religion group. Referrals may by the means of individual, family, physician, employers, courts, or other social or governmental agencies.

   

 

 Requirements

- Pre-admission interview
- The Following medical examination upon entry:
  - X-ray
  - Blood test (HIV, Hepatitis, Syphilis)
  - TB test

   

  If application is accepted, there will be a post interview with the client and if possible the family members of the client. This is to ensure that all client as well the family members have the knowledge of the complete program of the center. They will be required to sign the necessary consent forms provide by ARTM including the rules of the center.

   

Personal belongings

 

The following are the personal belongings that the client should bring to the center upon entry:
- At least one pair of slacks, one pair of casual pants, and two pair of shorts
- At least one collared shirt and two T-shirt
- Jackets or Sweaters
- At least one pair of sneakers and one pair of formal shoes
- Underwear and socks
- Towels
- Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shavers, etc.)

Any other belonging not brought in during admission will be brought by family members at their own expenses.
